Our Story

Mesoura was founded on a simple observation: data teams repeatedly face the same problems: proving data value to stakeholders and organising data across disparate systems. Traditional approaches either offer catch all platforms that require months of configuration, or leave teams manually stitching metadata and building evidence through ad hoc SQL queries.

After years of consulting for major investment firms, trading operations, and multinational corporations, it became clear these weren't configuration problems. They required purpose built solutions informed by firsthand experience. As data product development becomes more accessible, there's an opportunity to build lean, focused tools that solve specific pain points: tools that larger vendors overlook but create significant friction for data teams.

We're building lean, purpose built software that solves specific data management challenges. Rather than creating another catch all platform, Mesoura focuses on doing a few things exceptionally well: automating metadata lineage and generating professional data quality evidence. Our mission is to eliminate manual work and provide defensible answers in minutes, not weeks.

What We Do

Mesoura offers two purpose built products that address specific pain points in data governance:

• FastDQ: Desktop software that generates professional data quality evidence in minutes. Upload CSV or Excel files and produce executive ready PDF reports that build defensible cases for data quality initiatives without technical teams or weeks of SQL analysis.
• Mesoura Metadata: Automated metadata lineage through code parsing. Upload SQL and Python transformation scripts, and visualise exactly how data flows between systems. Focus on the connections between systems, not cataloguing everything.
